Common Core Content Activity:
Creating a Table Creating a Table comes with a pretest/posttest plus six days of activities to teach the skills.
In these activities, we learn about how to create tables and graph the coordinates using the table. The students are introduced to the tables and functions in a step by step manner. In the beginning, the focus will be on the initial skills needed to understand creating tables. The students will progress onto plotting points on a graph, positive and negative numbers and functions. Then the students are actually confronted with complex mathematical equations. After the students understand the concept, they are confronted with real life examples.
Lesson plans are included for each activity.
Each activity is completed on two different levels for differentiated instruction.
Plus a power point to go along with the day 2 activity.
